DINNER WITH THE PASTOR
Every other month, we host an event called Dinner With The Pastor. It's an informal time on Sunday night at 5pm for you to eat a free meal, meet Pastor Ritchie, hang out with our ministry staff and other people that are also new to Avalon, and to ask any questions that you have about our church and who we are as a community.

SMALL GROUPS
We believe that small groups are the place where sustained life change occurs. This is the environment where we celebrate the successes and good times of life, as well as comfort one another during the tough times. It is a place to be encouraged, equipped, and challenged to become a fully devoted follower of Jesus.

BAPTISM
Baptism is for people who have received Christ. It is an act of obedience to God and is a symbol of what Christ did to save you. He died on the cross, was buried, and came back to life again! Baptism does not save you, rather it is a symbol of your commitment to the Lord in the same way a wedding ring is a symbol of commitment in marriage.

VOLUNTEER
We believe that volunteering in a ministry is a crucial part of become a disciple of Jesus. At Avalon Church, we have created an environment of service that is fun and life changing for everyone involved.
